REALSWITCH helps you observe your stress. What you record in it is personal. This page explains which data we keep, why, and how you stay in control of it.
Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

The app never asks you to write what you think or feel: it only keeps the check-in you tap.
What we do not do
- No advertising, no sale of data, no advertising trackers.
- No sharing with a coach without your consent (see below).
Sharing with your coach
If you work with a coach, the app offers to share a summary of your progress with them (by week, not the detail of each reminder). You accept or refuse on a dedicated screen, and you can stop it at any time in the settings.
Paid offers

Where your data is
On the servers of the R.E.A.L. platform, hosted by Heroku (Salesforce) in its Europe region, in Ireland, with a copy on your phone for offline use. As Heroku is an American company, the safeguards provided by the GDPR for this type of provider apply (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission).
How long
As long as your account exists. When you delete your account (in the app: Settings → Delete my account), your data is erased within 30 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or erase your data at any time, and object to its use. Write to contact@realswitch.app. You can also contact the data protection authority of your country: the ICO in the United Kingdom, the CNIL in France.
Minimum age
The app is intended for people aged 16 and over.
This website
This website sets no cookies and does not measure its audience. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which therefore receives your IP address.
